That reliability is rooted in a lifetime of hard work and strong family values, shared with his wife, Katie. Together, they’ve built a foundation of trust and accountability that continues to guide how Midstate operates today. Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time at the lake with Katie and their family, making the most of Minnesota summers. In 2022, his son joined the company, a proud moment that reflects what Midstate is all about: family, craftsmanship, and building something that lasts.
